⚠ Customs & Export Documents

For all orders from €1,000.00 in goods value and for all exports to non-EU countries, a customs document (commercial invoice / proforma invoice) will be provided automatically. The higher shipping costs include the additional expenses for customs processing and export declaration.

Freight costs are calculated individually based on weight, volume, and destination country. Please contact us in advance if needed.

For all exports to non-EU countries and for orders from €1,000.00, a customs document will be provided. Shipping costs include all export fees.

Service Technician on Site

When installation is performed by a DocMed Service Technician, the authorized dealer is expected to provide at least one strong helper to assist the technician with the assembly.

The authorized dealer must ensure that the furniture is transported from the freight company delivery point into the practice rooms (doors/elevators must be suitable for transport). DocMed Service Technicians are responsible exclusively for installation and training at the place of use.

• Order received by 12:00 noon = shipped the same day.
• Standard delivery time within Germany: 48 hours after order receipt.
• Packaging costs are included in the shipping price.
• For self-collection, no shipping costs apply — we will notify you by email about availability and collection options.
• Freight shipping (pallet, oversize beyond standard) is calculated individually — please contact us in advance.
• Direct customer shipment: plus €5.00 net processing fee per shipping address.
