The Sharpsguard 5 L waste container is a safe disposal container for contaminated sharp and pointed objects such as syringes, needles and cannulas. Made from recycled plastic, the mustard yellow container is designed for professional use in medical and technical areas and supports legally compliant waste disposal.
The well-thought-out safety concept includes a red-brown round lid with a sliding lock, integrated stripper mechanism, cams, daily lock and a final disposal lock. The sliding lock enables one-handed operation in everyday work, while the daily lock ensures safety during use. After filling, the end cap ensures irreversible and safe disposal. Clear hazard labeling and a labeling sticker support standard-compliant labeling.
The 5-liter container is suitable for medical practices, clinics, care facilities, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency services, tattoo and piercing studios, and veterinary facilities. It is UN-certified and meets relevant safety requirements for medical waste, for example according to TRBA 250. The compact, stackable design facilitates transport and storage in daily use.
