Serres suction bags with gelling agent are designed for the safe collection and handling of liquid waste in medical settings. They are available in fill volumes of 1000 ml, 2000 ml, and 3000 ml. The integrated gelling agent reliably binds liquids and facilitates hygienic disposal.
The suction bags feature a hydrophobic filter that serves to filter bacteria and also acts as an overflow protection device. Suction is automatically interrupted upon contact of the filter with liquid. Multiple bags can be combined via the serial connection, achieving a total capacity of up to 36 liters. The patient tubing is equipped with a single connection. These suction bags are intended for professional use only.
