The Sarstedt ESR Stand with graduation offers a highly efficient and reliable solution for manual erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) determination in daily laboratory and practice routines. The system is perfectly coordinated with the closed S-Sedivette® blood collection system, ensuring a completely closed workflow. For medical personnel, this means maximum infection safety and hygiene, as there is no need for error-prone transfer of potentially infectious whole blood, and additional sedimentation pipettes can be entirely omitted.
With this functional stand, up to 10 samples can be measured simultaneously, yet completely independently of each other in terms of timing. This significantly optimizes time management for fluctuating sample volumes, as each analysis can be started and evaluated individually. The integrated, precisely scaled back panel ensures fatigue-free, easy, and error-free reading of values directly in millimeters (mm).
The measurement results exactly correspond to the standardized Westergren method, ensuring unrestricted comparability and clinical validity of the findings.
