The Ready-Heat II thermal blanket is an indispensable tool in modern rescue services and emergency medicine to specifically prevent life-threatening hypothermia. Thanks to a special technological process, the twelve chemical heating elements integrated into the non-woven fabric react immediately with atmospheric oxygen after opening the vacuum packaging. This autonomous heat generation makes the system completely independent of external power sources or warm liquids, which makes the blanket an ideal companion in tactical medicine, disaster control or qualified patient transport.
Within just 10 minutes, the blanket reaches a therapeutically effective temperature of approx. 38 °C, which is maintained stably for up to 8 hours. This long-lasting heat emission ensures continuous stabilization of the patient's body temperature, even under adverse external conditions. The soft fleece material also offers high wearing comfort and simultaneously protects against wind and cold.
Thanks to its compact pack size and low weight, the Ready-Heat II can be easily stowed in any emergency backpack or vehicle. The simple activation allows medical personnel to concentrate fully on patient care in critical situations, while the blanket reliably ensures the necessary heat retention.
