The RÖWO Ice Pack Instant Compress is a ready-to-use cold compress for the rapid first aid of acute injuries. It is activated by pressing firmly, which bursts the integrated water bladder. Shaking it afterwards initiates an immediate cooling effect within seconds. Prior storage in the freezer is not required.
The compress is suitable for local cold therapy of hematomas, sprains, and other acute injuries, as well as for adjunctive use in hyperthermia. It is designed for use in medical practices, nursing care, sports, emergency care, and workplace first aid settings.
The product is classified as a medical device under medical device law and supports rapid, hygienic, and needs-based care directly at the point of use. It is delivered in cartons containing 25 individually wrapped compresses.
