Service Technician on Site
When installation is performed by a DocMed Service Technician, the authorized dealer is expected to provide at least one strong helper to assist the technician with the assembly.
The authorized dealer must ensure that the furniture is transported from the freight company delivery point into the practice rooms (doors/elevators must be suitable for transport). DocMed Service Technicians are responsible exclusively for installation and training at the place of use.

- Standard delivery time within Germany: 48 hours after order receipt.
- Packaging costs are included in the shipping price.
- For self-collection, no shipping costs apply — we will notify you by email about availability and collection options.
