The trauma torso is a highly realistic training model for simulating the treatment of severe injuries in first aid, paramedic, and emergency medical training. The model represents a human torso with various injury patterns, including lacerations, abrasions, and gunshot wounds. It is intended solely for educational and training purposes and is not suitable for patient care.
The anatomically accurate reproduction of bone structures and soft tissues allows for realistic training in wound care and hemostasis. An integrated bleeding system simulates active bleeding from the wounds and supports the training of techniques such as direct pressure, pressure bandages, and the use of tourniquets. The torso is made of durable materials and is designed for repeated use in training exercises.
