The CLEARTEST Humanofecal is a chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of occult blood (FOB) in human stool. The test reacts specifically for human hemoglobin and excludes dietary interference such as animal blood or plant components. It serves as a supplementary tool in professional in-vitro diagnostics.
The detection limit is 10 ng/ml, enabling the detection of even small blood samples. Sample collection is performed via an integrated, closed sampling system, allowing for hygienic handling without direct sample contact. The test is easy to administer, and the result can be read after five minutes. The CLEARTEST Humanofecal is intended exclusively for use by medical professionals and is not for self-testing.
