The Boso Medicus Uno is an upper arm blood pressure monitor for manual blood pressure monitoring at home. Designed for ease of use, it features a single-button operation. The device includes an intelligent inflation system that ensures controlled cuff inflation and rapid deflation. It also incorporates an arrhythmia detection function. The last measurement is automatically saved. It is suitable for regular blood pressure monitoring at home, general health monitoring, and preventative blood pressure checks. The compact device is designed for daily use and operates within a measuring range of 0 to 299 mmHg with an accuracy of ±3 mmHg. The cuff is suitable for upper arm circumferences of 22–36 cm.
