The DERUNGS TRIANGO 100 is the premium model from the Swiss manufacturer Derungs and is one of the most powerful medical luminaires in its class. With an illuminance of 100,000 lux at a distance of one meter, it offers optimal conditions for precise examinations, differentiated tissue assessment, and minor surgical interventions. The large, homogeneous light field supports uniform illumination without distracting shadows.
A color rendering index of Ra 95 ensures a realistic representation of skin tones and tissue structures. Three selectable color temperatures of 4,300 K, 4,500 K, and 4,700 K allow for situational adaptation to different clinical requirements. In addition, the light field is dimmable and can be focused to three diameters of 18, 23, or 28 cm. The integrated membrane keypad on the cardanic joint allows for intuitive operation directly on the lamp head.
The robust, hygienic housing is easy to clean and designed for professional use. A precise, positionally accurate arm system ensures stable alignment and exact placement in the treatment area. The TRIANGO 100 is suitable for general medical and specialist practices, outpatient clinics, hospitals, surgical facilities, as well as for specialized fields such as dermatology, gynecology, ENT, or orthopedics. It is optionally available as a stand, wall, ceiling, or duo version.
